Ruchika Lal

Ruchika Lal has held senior leadership positions in Fortune 100 corporations for the last 15 years. Most recently, Ruchika was a Vice President at American Express in New York where she led B2B payments for the US, overseeing large cross-functional teams across strategy, product, partnerships, analytics and marketing services. In India, as an advertising executive at Ogilvy, Ruchika was instrumental in launching memorable brand campaigns including those for Lipton and Unilever’s beverage business. Ruchika is the chairperson of the Art of Living Foundation in the US. She has also been a meditation teacher with them for over a decade. As a seasoned and inspiring meditation instructor in NYC, Ruchika has impacted the lives of thousands of New Yorkers. She also conducts programs at universities and Fortune 500 organizations such as Wharton, Columbia, E&Y, Wells Fargo, Unilever and American Express. Ruchika is currently on sabbatical to devote herself to sharing her passion of holistic wellness and healthy living. Ruchika graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and holds a Masters in Marketing & Advertising from the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad.
